Psyft 360 Degree feedback survey questionnaire includes two type of questions –

(a) Close-ended/Objective Questions – These are statement based questions where in respondents have to choose their preferred response on a 5-point likert scale (scale includes - strongly agree, agree, neutral, disagree, strongly disagree).

(b) Open-ended/Subjective Questions – There are free-form narrative questions, where in respondents will type their answers.
