What should a rater keep in mind while assessing someone?




Please be balanced, open and honest with your feedback. The aim of this exercise is to identify trends and common themes that indicate strengths, as well as areas for improvement for the chosen subject(s).

Even with open-ended questions, the purpose is to collect constructive comments, examples and suggestions, therefore, for best outcome, please do not write anything that is worded harshly or unfairly, or would put the subject on the defensive.
